1. Walkthrough and Evaluation
We start by going room to room with you. We look at traffic lanes, furniture layout, stains, pet accidents, and fiber type. This tells us what needs standard cleaning and what needs special treatment.

2. Dry Soil Removal
Loose material is removed first—dust, grit, hair, sand, and other dry particles. Getting this out of the carpet pile before using water helps prevent mud-like residue and improves the power of the extraction step.

3. Pre-Treatment of Soiled Areas
We apply professional cleaning solutions that break down the film of oils and tracked-in residues that normal vacuuming can’t touch. Heavily used walkways, entry areas, and visible spots are given extra attention.

4. Agitation Where Required
