I am really happy with how my carpets turned out. I had Mel come in and clean up the mess my dogs left behind. I tried desperately to remove the urine stains and they just kept coming back. They neutralized the odor and the smell and stains never came back. Thanks Mel for saving our carpet from having to be replaced. Mel is a true professional who explains everything he is going to do. I was moving out and really needed someone to clean my carpet ASAP. My carpets were a disaster and I was going to have a final walk through the next day. Mel came the same day and was able to get the stains out. I was shocked that the carpets dried so fast. Last week I had Mel pick up my area rug that was in my family a long time and he brought it back to life. The guy didn’t charge me to pick them up and drop them off. Try going elsewhere and see how much it’s going to cost.  I used them twice and am satisfied with the results. I will use them in the future.
